## What it is

LIFE-AI is funeral planning and deathcare management software for independent
funeral directors, funeral homes, cemeteries, memorial parks and related
deathcare operators. One system covers the work from the first call to the
final invoice: recording the arrangement, building an itemised quote the family
can read, rostering staff and vehicles against the service, tracking which
supplier is doing what, and giving the family a page where they can see the
arrangement without ringing the office.

It is built for INDEPENDENT operators — single-location and small multi-branch
— rather than for the large corporate groups that run their own in-house
systems. The audience is worldwide.

## Where it is used, stated plainly

The software itself is not country-specific: cases, quoting, rostering,
suppliers, custody, the family portal and the AI 24/7 Reception Agent work for
a funeral or deathcare business anywhere.

What IS country-specific is the pricing-disclosure compliance pack. LIFE-AI has
built-in itemised pricing statements that are most complete for Australian
Queensland and New South Wales. A funeral home in another jurisdiction gets a
general disclosure that its own director is responsible for reviewing against
local law.

The LIFE-AI plan is priced in Australian dollars, plus GST.

## What is a Push Web App?

A Push Web App is a website that installs onto your device like an app. You add it from the browser — it gets its own icon, opens full screen with no address bar, updates itself, and can send notifications to your lock screen. You may also hear it called a PWA (Progressive Web App) or Add to Home Screen. LIFE-AI staff install it from https://life-ai.com.au/login. There is no App Store or Google Play listing. ## What it does

- **AI 24/7 Reception Agent** — answers the phones around the clock, takes the message, answers the enquiry, and sends the funeral home the update or the request from the caller. Optional add-on, not included in the LIFE-AI plan. Pricing on request.
- **Arrangements** — the case record for one funeral or memorial: the deceased, the family, the service, the decisions made and who made them.
- **Itemised quoting** — a quote built from the operator's own price list, sent as a link the family can open without an account.
- **Family portal** — the family sees the arrangement, the itemised cost and the documents, and can ask for changes, without phoning the office.
- **Roster** — staff, vehicles, chapels and celebrants scheduled against services, with clash detection.
- **Suppliers** — florists, crematoria, coffin suppliers, celebrants, and what each is committed to on which service.
- **Chain of custody** — where every person in the operator's care is, and who handled them. Staff-only and never shown to families.
- **Contacts** — the family, the trades, the firms behind them, and staff.
