### Optional add-on

- AI 24/7 Reception Agent — answers the phones around the clock, takes the message, answers the enquiry, and sends the funeral home the update or the request from the caller. Optional add-on. Not included in the LIFE-AI plan. Pricing on request.

### What is not included

- There is no feature-gated upgrade.
- There is no per-seat charge. Staff accounts do not change the price.
- There is no setup fee.
- Payment processing fees charged by third parties are not included.
- GST is added to the prices above.

## Free trial

- **Length:** 14 days
- **Credit card at signup:** No. The trial starts when the account is created. Payment details are added later in Settings.
- **Email address:** a company address on the funeral home or deathcare business's own domain is recommended, because quotes and emails to families are sent from it. A personal address still works — signup shows a note suggesting a company domain.
- **At the end:** if payment details are on file, the weekly price begins unless you cancel in Settings → Billing first. If they are not, the trial ends and you are not charged.

## Billing

- Priced in Australian dollars, plus GST.
- Cancel at any time; the agreement is weekly, not annual.
- Customer Portal is the self-serve path for cards, invoices and cancellation.

## Geographic scope, stated plainly

The software works for a funeral home, cemetery, memorial park or other deathcare operator anywhere. The built-in pricing-disclosure compliance is currently most complete for Australian Queensland and New South Wales. Elsewhere, quotes carry a general disclosure that the director is responsible for reviewing against local law.
