A Push Web App is a website that installs onto your device like an app. You add it from the browser — it gets its own icon, opens full screen with no address bar, updates itself, and can send notifications to your lock screen. You may also hear it called a PWA (Progressive Web App) or Add to Home Screen. LIFE-AI staff install it from https://life-ai.com.au/login. There is no App Store or Google Play listing. What does the AI 24/7 Reception Agent do?

It answers the funeral home’s phones around the clock. It takes the message, answers the enquiry, and sends the funeral home the update or the request from the caller, so an arranger who is with a family does not have to leave the room to pick up. It is an optional add-on and is not included in the LIFE-AI plan. Pricing for the add-on is available on request.

Funeral home software is a system that manages the work of arranging a funeral: recording the deceased and the family, building an itemised quote, scheduling staff, vehicles and chapels, tracking suppliers, and keeping a record of who is in the funeral home's care. It replaces the spreadsheets, paper diaries and separate calendars most independent funeral homes run on.

The LIFE-AI plan is A$29 per week + GST, with 30 funeral cases a month included and A$9 + GST for each extra case. No per-seat charge and no setup fee. The AI 24/7 Reception Agent is an optional add-on, not included in the LIFE-AI plan; pricing on request.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. LIFE-AI has a 14-day free trial, then the LIFE-AI plan price of A$29 per week + GST. The trial starts when the account is created. Payment details are added later in Settings, and nothing is charged during the trial.

The software itself — arrangements, quoting, rostering, suppliers, custody, the family portal and the AI 24/7 Reception Agent — works for a funeral home or deathcare operator anywhere. Built-in pricing-disclosure compliance is currently most complete for Australian Queensland and New South Wales. Elsewhere, quotes carry a general disclosure that the director is responsible for reviewing against local law. The LIFE-AI plan is priced in Australian dollars.
